It's May already?

Welcome to May! It is hard to believe that the nice weather will finally be here.
Please read our most recent newsletter for important information and dates. You can find it on the side of this blog under "most recent newsletter" and I sent home a hard copy as well.

I would like to welcome Miss Olivia Laughlin to our classroom. Miss Olivia was a student of mine many years ago and  has come back to our class as a Masco intern. She is wonderful and the children are really enjoying her. She is also a big help to me. Miss Olivia is planning on attending UMASS Amherst next fall and is thinking about earning a degree in teaching. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

Before vacation we learned about Earth Day and how we can help our earth. Below is a Berenstain Bears video about pollution that might be fun to watch.

Berenstain Bears Don't Pollute

Happy May to all of you!
