Fundations fun!
We had fun completing this "WRITE THE ROOM" activity! We were suffix detectives trying to find words in our classroom to complete each category on our paper. It was harder than it looked! We realized that the word "December" was not an answer for the suffix "er" so that took away all our months! It was a fun activity and helped us to tune into the different suffixes and their proper uses!
Take a peek :)

InspireScience
We have been learning about the Earth's surface in science. We have learned about land forms and oceans already. This week we started learning about the Earth's fresh water.
Look below to see our illustrations of ponds, lakes, streams, rivers, and glaciers. After illustrating our body of fresh water, we wrote one fact about it. Enjoy watching us inspired by science!
The Basics of Freshwater
Essential Question: Where is Earth's fresh water?
I'll leave you with this joke: Why is the letter T like an island?
Because it is in the middle of water!!!
